Support Groups

Living Through Grief

Living Through Grief is offered periodically. This group is for adults who have suffered loss, especially the death of a loved one. The class uses video clips and discussion topics to help participants understand the depth and breadth of grief, and offers support and coping skills for those who are experiencing it.  Contact Stephanie Alexander if you would like additional information.

Mental Health Family Support Groups

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) offers support groups for families and caregivers of someone with a mental illness. This is a confidential, safe, and free group of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by sharing lived experiences and group wisdom. Groups meet monthly on Tuesdays. Contact Jeannine Eddy for more information or learn more here.
